Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship worldwide, including the European Union, the United States, and selected international countries.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and the number of items in your order.

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

3. Processing Time (Production)

All products are made to order. Production begins only after payment has been received.

This means that production time must be added to the delivery time stated below.

This helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production capacity, customs processing, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Austria: 6 - 9 business days
  • European Union: 6 - 9 business days
  • United States & International: 8 - 10 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include production time.

5. Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the following countries:

EU & Europe (selected countries):
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and other European countries including selected non-EU destinations (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Moldova, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City).

International:
United States and other available destinations shown at checkout.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United States), additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains items with different production or delivery times, items may be shipped separately unless otherwise agreed.

8. Delivery Information

Please note:

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales periods)
  • All delivery times are estimates only
