Please read this information carefully before requesting a return or exchange:

Why we don’t support selection orders

• We are a small label – every shirt is individually printed after your order is placed
  
  
• No mass production, no overstock, no unnecessary waste.
  
  
• Please order consciously and avoid “selection orders” (ordering multiple sizes just to try them on).
  
  
• Every return consumes resources (transport, energy, materials) and usually cannot be resold

🔄 Exchange / 📦 Return

• Exchanges (e.g. wrong size or different color) are possible within 14 days in Europe
  

• Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products in original condition are accepted
  
  
• Return shipping costs must be covered by you
  

• Important: After returning an item, it will NOT be automatically exchanged – you need to place a new order.
  

• Please send us an email including:
  - Your full name
  - Order number (#0000)
  - The email address used for your order
  
  or use

• the withdrawal button in the footer for easy cancellations within the legal period.
  
  
• Returns without prior email notification cannot be accepted.
  

⚠️ Complaint

• Received a damaged shirt or printing error? We’re sorry – that shouldn’t happen.
  
  
• Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:
  
  - The full shirt with design
  - The size label
  - The defect / issue
  
  
  For size deviations:
  A tolerance of ±4 cm is normal. Anything beyond that must be documented with a measuring tape.
